And this little piggy...

Found dirt, and lots of it. We shared 4th of July with family and friends at our neighbors house. They are in the process of re landscaping the backyard. Shannon thought the dirt was the greatest toy of all. She sat in it, ate some of it, played on it, threw it into the wind and at others and when that was done she tried to convince the puppy to come play in it with her.

When it was time to get her cleaned up before bed time, I simply took her swimming so she could feel like She was getting a double whammy of a treat! This is her trying to escape once she figured out that this wasn't just for play.

Or is that Maui 5-0. This one's for you Uncle Brandon. Shannon's uncle bought her this cute t-shirt from Hawaii last month. Shannon was too excited about the outfit and her new sunglasses. She kept telling me bebe, bebe, and pointing to the little Hawaiian girls on her shirt.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL DADDY'S OUT THERE!!

This was an enjoyable day! Grandma Carol had purchased a little tyke sized pool for the little tyke sized people to play in. It was really fun, even I played in it a little with them. Mostly Shannon and her cousin Kadence played together in it. They are so cute together. Even though Kadence is about a year and a half older, she is so sweet and gentle. She's a dream playmate for any little girl! They both seem to adore each other.
